Hello! My name is Margot and I'm a 23-year-old American living in France. Moving here and being able to travel has helped me learn and grow so much as a person that I want to help others do the same. I decided to start this blog in order to share my experiences with cultural differences, French bureaucracy, and the multitude of ways to move to France.

I first lived outside of the US from September 2019 to March 2020 in Brussels, Belgium, where I studied abroad. Once I finished my degree in the US, I came to France in September 2021 as an English language assistant through the Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF). After finishing my TAPIF contract, I began my master's degree in September 2022 at l'Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
